Oooh, now here's a decadent little number - 'Symphony' Brownies. Carol Bouldin was telling me about these wonderful brownies she 's made over the years. She didn't have a recipe per se but said to use one family size box brownie mix - add pecans or not - prepare according to package directions and spread half in the bottom of a pan - layer with Symphony candy bars and cover with remaining brownie batter. Sounded so good, I had to try it. ... but, thought it would be fun to surf the net a bit and see what came up .... Tom, of course, my chocolate fiend, found several variations and we made up a batch. We loved them - if you love chocolate, you'lllove these. The center becomes a fudgy moussetype texture - sooooo good.
