Registered voters in Kay County who want to vote by mail absentee ballot in next Tuesdays, April 6, 2021 Elections have missed the application deadline, County Election Board Secretary Cheryl Howard said today.
Candidates for municipal offices in Braman, Kaw City, Newkirk and Tonkawa, filed Declarations of Candidacy February 1-3, 2021. Polls will be open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 6, at the Church of Christ and United Methodist Church in Tonkawa.
Logan Duff was born in Sarasota, Florida and moved to Apple Valley, Minnesota when he was 10 years old. He then moved to Ponca city in 2018 and graduated from Ponca City High School.
