The University of Central Oklahoma will celebrate the achievements of approximately 1,458 graduates during the Spring 2020 Virtual Commencement Ceremony in light of in-person commencement ceremonies being canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Randall James Caughlin is the son of Tim and Sandra Caughlin. He has been active in Tonkawa FFA 4 years and current President, Extended Studies 4 years, Humanitarian Club 4 years, National Honor Society 2 years, 2019 Boys State Delegate, attends St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and 2019-20 Youth Group President, and the “Computer Guy” for Tonkawa Public Schools. Randy plans to attend Northern Oklahoma College for Agriculture Business, and then transfer to Oklahoma State University to pursue a degree in Farm and Ranch Management.
