The program began with the welcome by Chamber of Commerce President, Lewain Learned to the crowd of close to 100 in attendance. Learned introduced special guests Kay/Noble County District Attorney Brian Hermanson and Pat Brand, Billings Town Council member. Karen Culp led the flag salute and Pastor Kendon Mulanax gave the invocation blessing the program and the dinner. The dinner was a wonderfully abundant assortment of side dishes and desserts provided by those attending, to compliment the meat entrees prepared by Chamber members Mel and Mark Branson, Andrew and Beth Bierig, Pat 011er, and Candy 011er, and homemade dinner rolls provided by Regina Sharp.
