The Tonkawa First United Methodist Church Thrift Sale is quickly approaching and is scheduled for April 1st and 2nd . This sale, held annually for 37 years, is an event that is sure to fulfill your treasure hunting needs. There are bargains galore, a bake sale on Friday, and homemade cooking to satisfy your palate both days. The sale is from 7am - 7pm on Friday, and 7am - 1pm on Saturday. Church members Nevona Bossert, Jo Wood, Mary Allan, and Buddy are displaying and organizing treasures, with many more to come. Join us for these outstanding bargains, food and fellowship.

TSET Board Awards $90,000 to Oklahoma Schools; $4,000 awarded to Tonkawa Elementary school

The Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust (TSET) Board of Directors awarded $90,000 to school districts and school sites across Oklahoma through the TSET Healthy Incentive Grant Program at their board meeting on Thursday, March 24.
