Shelly Martin of Tonkawa wins first and $10 in the Weekly
Tonkawa News Football Contest.
Second and $7 goes to Tracy Summers of Tonkawa. Third place and $3 goes to Travis Parker of Tonkawa.
Martin was the lone entry to miss just one game. Three missed two. summers wins second. she picked OsU to beat Baylor 35-30, 23 points off the actual 27-45 score. Parker was 26 points off, picking the Cowboys 32-24. Martha Parker was 29 off, picking
OSU 28-17.
Entries should be submitted to The News office at 126 E. Grand by noon Friday each week.
Prize money is $10 for first, $7 for second and $3 for third.
Winners will be announced in the following week’s edition.
Entrants are urged to circle a winner for each game and fill in the tie-breaker score. Be sure your name is on the entry.
