The Northern Oklahoma College Tonkawa Phi Theta Kappa Xi Theta Chapter announced their 2020 inductees this week.
Normally, the inductees are honored in a reception at the NOC Tonkawa Renfro Center but the event was canceled due to Covid- 19.
According to NOC Phi Theta Kappa sponsor Lynn Demuth, “The Purpose for Phi Theta Kappa shall be to recognize and encourage scholarship among two-year college students. To Achieve this purpose, Phi Theta Kappa shall provide opportunity for the development of leadership and service, for an intellectual climate for exchange of ideas and ideals, for lively fellowship for scholars, and for stimulation of interest in continuing academic excellence.”

Officers are Jamie McGuire - President, Kayla Hooper - Vice- President, Halie Hawkins - Recording Secretary, Brynna Keeler - PR Secretary.
