Tonkawa midhi football players will open the season next Monday, Aug. 29th at Woodland. Both seventh and eighth grade teams will play with the seventh beginning at 5 p.m. followed by the eighth.They will scrimmage at Chisholm this Thursday night at 6 p.m., Head Coach Gage Martin announced.The remaining schedule follows: Monday, Sept. 12 -- at Perry, 7, 8th and JV at 4:30 p.m.Monday, Sept. 19 -- at Blackwell, 7th, 8th and JV at 4:30 p.m.Monday, Sept. 26 -- at Alva, 6th and 8th at 4:30 p.m.Monday, Oct. 3 -- Pawnee here, 7th, 8th and JV at 4:30 p.m.Monday, Oct. 10 -- Newkirk here, 7th, 8th and JV at 4:30 p.m.Monday, Oct. 17 -- at Morrison, 7th and 8th at 6 p.m.
