Tonkawa Lady Buc softballers evened their record a 10-10 Monday in a 13-3 loss to league leading OK Union Monday.
The Lady Bucs were to play Blackwell at home Tuesday, and go to Frontier at Red Rock Thursday, Sept. 19. Next Monday, the Lady Bucs play at Pawnee.
In action this past week, the Lady Bucs beat Kremlin 7-6, Blackwell 8-6 and Okarche 5-2, while falling to Woodward JV 1-2, Newkirk 0-3, Chisholm, 4-17 and OK Union.
Skylee Perkins doubled twice in the loss to OK Union Monday night. She had two RBI’s and Kristin Martin one. Runs were scored by Morgan Hall, Jaci Johnson and Camaryn Alexander.
Taylor Mercer pitched three innings, striking out two and Kenzie Glenny pitched 2.2 innings, striking out two.
Tonkawa 7 Kremlin 6
Skylee Perkins hit two doubles and Camaryn Alexander one double in a 7-6 win over Krelim-Hillsdale Tuesday, Sept. 10.
Jaci Johnson had two RBI’s and Alexander and Kristin Martin one each. Martin also had a stolen base.
Taylor Mercer pitched, striking out six.

Kenzie Glenny and Jaci Johnson each doubled in a 1-2 loss to woodward JV thursday, Sept. 12. Rylee Hampton had a stolen base.
Jules Thompson pitched seven innings, striking out five.
Newkirk 3 Tonkawa 0
The Lady Bucs fell to Newkirk 0-3 in a three-inning affair Thursday, Sept. 12. Alexander had a stolen base. Mercer pitched 2.2 innings before getting rained out.
Chisholm 17 Tonkawa 4
Kenzie Glenny and Jaci Johnson each doubled in a 4-12 loss to chisholm Friday, Sept. 13.
Glenny and Martin each had a stolen base.
Mercer pitched four innings striking out one.
Tonkawa 8 Blackwell 6
Tonkawa came from behind to claim an 8-6 win over Blackwell Friday, Sept. 13. Alexander doubled in the game. Autumn Roberts had three RBI’s, Gloria Reyes 2 and Martin one.
Jules Thompson pitched the first two innings. Kenzie Glenny pitched the next six innings, striking out one.
Tonkawa 5 Okarche 2
Alexander had three RBI’s and Skylee Perkins one in a 5-2 Okarche win saturday, Sept.
14.
Alexander, Glenny, Martin, Reyes and Roberts all had stolen bases.
Mercer pitched five innings, striking out seven.
Midhi 8th graders are unbeaten 2-0
Tonkawa midhi eighth graders remained unbeaten at 2-0 with a 24-14 win over Perry Monday night.
The sixth and seventh graders lost 0-28.
Lance Terrell scored touchdowns and Peyton Keith and Ryan Morgan each one in the win.
The midhi teams see next action Monday, Sept. 23, at Blackwell with games getting underway at 5 p.m.
