Tonkawa Buc varsity wrestling has four state qualifiers, including one girl -- the first ever -- who will be wrestling Friday and Saturday in the Class 3A wrestling tournament at the Oklahoma City fairgrounds arena.Action will get under way at 10 a.m. Friday and at 10:30 a.m. Saturday.Carleona Hockert placed third at the East girls regional at Jay last Monday and Tuesday. She lost in the semi-finals to a girl from Jay, but pinned all her other opponents.The boys team finished seventh at the West Regional at Plainview, qualifying three. The Bucs crowned Miccael Brown champion in the 285 weight class.
