Tonkawa has a new Class A district for 2020-21.
The proposed districts by the Oklahoma Football Coaches Associaton were to be presented to the board of the OSSAA for final approval.
If it is approved, the Bucs will be in District A-3 for the next two years in football.
The seven members of the district include Tonkawa, OBA, Cashion, Crescent, Oklahoma Christian Academy, Watonga and Hinton.
That would leave four non-conference games to finish out the season.
Athletic Director Kyle Simpson said those would include Newkirk, Blackwell, Perry and Morrison.
The final 2020-21 football schedule will be set up at district meetings Thursday, Jan. 16, once the OSSAA board approves them Wednesday.
