The Tonkawa Bucs will remain in Class A two more years at least through the 2022 and 2023 football seasons, Athletic Director Kyle Simpson announced this week.During the 2022 and 2023 seasons, Tonkawa will move to District A-5 which will include Pawnee, morrison, woodland, Hominy, Chouteau-Mazie, chelsea, OK Union and Tonkawa.Simpson also announced the 2022 asnd 2023 football schedules. The 2022 schedule follows:Friday, Sept. 2, at Newkirk; Friday, Sept. 9, Perry here; Friday, Sept. 16, Blackwell here; Friday, Sept. 23, at Chouteau; Friday, Sept. 30, at Pawnee; Friday, Oct. 7, at OK Union; thursday, Oct. 13, Morrison here; Friday, Oct. 21, at Hominy; Friday, Oct. 28, Chelsea home; Friday, Nov. 4, Woodland here. The schedule will reverse home and home for 2023.
