Jadin Howard won the Jim Minor Memorial Award for football at the annual Tonkawa football awards reception at the high school cafeteria Sunday.Other top awards went to Cameron Jackson, Chris Lucas Award given by The Tonkawa News and Jaidyn Guzman, Joe Esch Memorial Award given by the Esch family.A new award, the Ben Welch service award. went to his brother Aaron who does the endzone filming for the Bucs.Head Coach Mike Kirtley presided over the ceremonies.He and his assistants presented the following awards: Retread medals -- Conner Reed, Kaydon Morrill, Connor DeWitt, Brody Reed, Rustyn Mayo, Matt Gottman, Jadin Zimmerman, Koby Stokesberry, Colbey Milligan, and Hazeal Hernandez.Iron man awards -- Jax Thompson, Cale Denton, Lucas Keith, Kylee Freeman, Luke Shepherd, Dalton Pierce and Peyten Keith.Young guns -- Kayden Duvall, Jax Thompson, Brett Shepherd, Lucas Keith and Westyn Freeman, Blade award -- Clayton Lopeman.All-Coaches team -- Ryan Morgan, Isaiah lively, Peyton Keith, Dom Grein, Luke Shepherd, Jeffrey Lieb, Dalton Pierce and Derek Strong, All-District team -- Braden Paker, Riley Coy, Tyler Looper, Jadin Howard, Roman Chandler, Jaidyn Guzman, Cameron Jackson and Blake Bristow.Kirtley introduced the entire team by class and also recognized ball girls and filmers.ATTEND CHURCH SUNDAY ...
