BIG SPRING, Texas -- Sophomore guard James Brown, Jr. led NOC with 27 points in a 94-67 loss to Howard (TX) on Saturday in the Howard Classic.Brown was joined in double figures by Antwan Jones and Ebi Bortey with 11 points each.The Mavs shot 40% from the floor and 32% from 3-point range.
