Tonkawa High School and Tonkawa Middle School students attended the Northern Invitational Honor Band at the Northern Oklahoma College Tonkawa campus Feb. 1-2.
High school students attending were Kaitlyn Anderson, Teegan Ray, Elric Cope, Andon Woodvine, Alex Cope, Bryer Bay, Ron Haley, and Nathan Anderson.
Middle school students attending were Sydnee Jacobs, Brylea Gunter, Aubrey Kiennzle, Sam Anderson, and Diego Sigala, Emma Garcia.
The Tonkawa band instructor is Chris Reeder.
The guest conductor for the high school honor band and was Mark Henderson of Perry and the middle school honor band guest conductor was Dineo Heilmann of NOC.
The event was held at the Kinzer Performing Arts Center.
