If you have COVID19 symptoms, please get tested! Testing is now available for anyone is experiencing at least one of the following: symptoms of cough, fever, or shortness of breath or individuals who have been in direct with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. With the number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 rising across the state, the County Health Department asks the public to follow Governor Kevin Stitt “Safer at Home” executive order to stop the spread of COVID-19. This order advises:
--vulnerable populations and those over the age of 65 to stay home until May 6.
--non-essential businesses temporarily suspend services until April 30.
--no gatherings in groups larger than 10 people.
On both statewide and municipal levels, individuals can still leave for essential errands such as to grocery stores or pharmacies.
-- One person should shop per household when conducting essential errands and shopping trips
-- Utilize delivery or pickup service for your needs when possible

CDC ALSO RECOMMENDS THE PUBLIC TO:
1 stay at home,
2 practice social distancing,
3 practice handwashing and personal health hygiene,
