Northern Oklahoma College President’s Leadership Council students attended the annual PLC Retreat in Stillwater Aug. 3.Thirty-two students attended the event from NOC Stillwater, Enid, and Tonkawa. Students checked in for the morning and played team building games with Dr. Marsh Howard, Vice President for Stillwater.Next on the agenda was “Me in a Box,” an opportunity for students to describe themselves with items in a shoe box.NOC President Dr. Clark Harris then addressed the students about their roles as leaders for the NOC student community.After lunch, the students had break-out sessions with area leaders John Bartley, Kelsey Lee, and Rose Bonjour.The PLC Scholarship is a $28,000 two-year scholarship applied toward tuition, fees, books, oncampus resident housing and meal plan.
