Pioneer Technology Center (PTC) has announced an additional nine camps will be offered this summer for area students. They are planning for over 200 students to attend throughout the summer in multiple program areas with a price that will be economical for any household.
Students will have the opportunity to choose from ten different camps to attend; PTC Summer Camp, Camp Med, Youth Police
Academy, Cyber Patriot, Camp EngineerEd, Camp Horsepower,
Widget World, Summer Salon Academy, Construction Academy and Teen Chef. The first camp of the season has a sampling of the many programs offered at PTC, while individual camps give participants a fun filled four-day event in one program area of interest.
Kahle Goff, Executive Director of Full-Time Programs, added,
“We are excited to offer not only our regular camp offering as usual, but also to extend that into July. Ten camps means great opportunities for Kay County students and the $25 price point makes it affordable for everyone.”
Information and links to camp registration is available at the
Pioneer Tech website and also on their Facebook page. Students going into 7th through 9th grade are the target audience for PTC
Summer Camps this June and July. Their regular Summer Camp being held June 3rd through the 5th is geared towards students going into 6th and 7th grade. All camps are $25 each. Online enrollment is available now.
