The Oklahoma State Department of Health District 3 mobile wellness unit will offer public health services throughout January in locations across northcentral Oklahoma.OSDH District 3 serves a seven-county region including Creek, Kay, Lincoln, Noble, Osage, Pawnee and Payne Counties.The OSDH District 3 mobile wellness unit will be at the following locations in January:Kay CountyJanuary 10 and 24– 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. Northern Oklahoma College, Renfro Center, Tonkawa, OKThe “Mobile Health on the Go” mobile wellness unit is part of a statewide fleet mobilized earlier this year by OSDH to help reach underserved communities with vital services, including the COVID-19 vaccine.Matt Adams, Coordinating Nurse for the mobile wellness unit, states: “We are excited to offer our services to the community. We realize that access to our county health departments can be a challenge for some.
