Dr. Michelle Jeffries Keylon and Scott Morris have been chosen as the Northern Oklahoma College Distinguished Alumni for 2024.The announcement was made by NOC Director of Alumni and Community Relations Kayla Wooderson. She stated, “On behalf of the Alumni Selection Committee, I’m excited to announce the 2024 Inductees and look forward to planning the Alumni Reunion activities. “ Keylon, NOC Class of 1992, is the Superintendent/CEO at Francis Tuttle Technology Center.She currently resides in Edmond, Oklahoma.
