The Northern Oklahoma Division of Fine Arts presents “Puffs” Sept. 28- Oct. 1 at the Kinzer Performing Arts Center.Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. on Thursday – Saturday, Oct. 28-30 and 2 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 1.Admission is free to NOC students, faculty, and staff (with NOC ID). Admission for the general public is $10 for adults and $7 for students.Also, the Tour de Quartz Art Exhibit will be on display at the Eleanor Hays Gallery in the KPAC.
