Northern Oklahoma College and the Ponca City Rotary Club partnered to provide dictionaries for each 3rd grade student at Tonkawa Elementary School.Tonkawa Police Officer Darrell Mendiola represented the Ponca City Rotary Club and Director of Marketing Rachel Kirk represented Northern Oklahoma College for the presentation at the Tonkawa Elementary Library.Mendiola said the Ponca City Rotary Club worked with various local sponsors to purchase dictionaries for each 3rd grade student in Kay County.The dictionaries were presented Dec. 12.
