Northern Oklahoma College is hosting a Halloween Trick-or-Treat Fair Tuesday, Oct. 31 from 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. at the college circle. NOC student groups have booths with games and activities.NOC Fine Arts is hosting a Halloween Spooktacular Cabaret Monday, Oct. 30 and Tuesday, Oct. 31, at the Kinzer Performing Arts Center at 7:30 p.m. each night.The concert features a collaboration of music theatre, concert band, and jazz band.Admission to the event is $5. Monday is kid’s night with each child receives a good bag. Prizes will be given to the best costumes.
