The Tonkawa Chamber of Commerce announces their annual “SPRING” City Wide Garage Sales, Saturday — April 4, 2020 beginning at 7:00 am. and continuing throughout the day. Jim Langdon will speak March 19
Jim Langdon will be speaker for the Tonkawa Historical Society meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 19, in the Santa fe Depot. The museum will be open at 5:30 p.m. before the meeting.
THS alumni meet tonight
The THS alumni Association will meet for their annual meeting on Thursday, March 5, at 5:30 p.m. at the high school library.

Lectureship tickets go on sale
Grammy award winning songwriter Jimmy Webb will be appearing at Northern Oklahoma College Tonkawa Wednesday, April 8 as part of the NOC Renfro Lectureship Series. Tickets for the lecture may be purchased on a first come, first served basis beginning Wednesday, March 4 at 9 a.m. Tickets may be purchased by credit card by calling 580.628.6214 or in person at the NOC Development Office, Vineyard Library-Administration Building, NOC Tonkawa.
Methodist Thrift Sale Taking Donations
The Tonkawa First United Methodist Church will hold its 36th annual thrift sale on Friday and Saturday, April 3 & 4. Donations will be accepted beginning March 2nd. Donations may be dropped off at the church basement Monday-Friday 9 am-5pm, or call Meredith Williamson (580-716-2141) or the church office (580-628-2309) for item pick up.
