East North Avenue to be closed Work on East North Avenue is expected to begin Tuesday, Dec. 26, City Manager Kirk Henderson announced this week.Road closures will begin at Public and go to Second Street to replace concrete in the water lines that were laid earlier this year.It will progress to the west as the projects are completed. Concrete will replace the gravel where the water line improvements were made. Weather permitting, it should take about three weeks for the project to be completed, Henderson said.
