Ring celebration Sunday, April 14
The Tonkawa Quarterback Club is hosting a ring celebration Sunday, April 14 at 7 p.m. in the Event Center. Everyone is invited. The 2018 Tonkawa Buc football team won the Class A state championship.
NOC Redbud Festival Friday
The Annual Northern Oklahoma College Redbud Jazz Festival Concert is set for Friday, April 5, at 7:30 p.m.
The concert, featuring the NOC Alumni Jazz Band, is held at the Kinzer Performing Arts Center.
The concert is free but Children Under 12 should be accompanied by an adult.
THS alumni meets tonight
THS Alumni is meeting at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, April 4, at the THS Library.
Hospice business meeting April 22
On Monday, April 22, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. Hospice of North Central Oklahoma, Inc. will conduct its annual business meeting, reviewing the activities and statistics of 2018. Those with voting privileges include 2018 volunteers, donors and contributors. All are encouraged to attend. The meeting will be held in the Evan’s Fireside Room at 445 Fairview. Methodist thrift sale April 5-6
“Yes, we’re the church together”, even as we prepare for the upcoming Tonkawa First United Methodist Church Thrift Sale. Members Valorie Buss, Debby Randall and Carolyn Ott will donate hours of their spare time arranging treasures to get organized for the Thrift Sale which will be held on Friday, April 5 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday, April 6 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. This sale, in its 35th year, has grown to be an annual event that not only provides a plethora bargains to be had by all - it also provides culinary delights to sale seekers from near and far. Mark your calendars and join us for this special event that could fill your heart with smiles, your tummy with yummy food, and your closets with treasures galore.
