The 33rd annual Miss NOC will be crowned Tuesday, Oct. 17 at the Kinzer Performing Arts Center in Tonkawa.The program starts at 7:30 p.m. Eleven contestants from NOC Enid and NOC Tonkawa are participating in the event. Contestants are Kila Venable, Enid; Kennedy Brown, Ponca City; Autumn Leist, Ponca City; Abby Davis, Tonkawa; Jocelyn Kuhlmann, Tonkawa; Alee Hunt, Seiling; Makayla McCullough, Alva; Alyssa Walker, Ponca City; Cheyenne Ethridge, Longview, TX; Faith Oshiro, Enid; and Jaidyn Burrell, Roland.Miss NOC is a free event and open to the public. For the first time, the event is combined with contestants from Enid and Tonkawa competing for the title. Last year, Kira Pendleton was named Miss NOC Tonkawa and Kaycee Babek was named Miss NOC Enid.
