Republican Voters of Kay County will assemble to elect county party officers and direct their party and platform for the next two years.PONCA CITY - The Kay County Republican Party is issuing a call for Precinct Meetings to take place on March 1st for all registered Republicans of Kay County. The meetings will be held at: 2821 E. Prospect Ave., Ponca City (VFW Post #1201). Registration will open at 9 a.m., and the meetings will begin at 10 a.m. The County Convention will convene following the adjournment of the Precinct meetings. In order to be a bottom-up, grassroots-fed organization, it is important that your voice be heard and represented in the county convention and state convention that will follow. Elections will be held for Kay county party officers, and changes to the rules and platform will be considered for recommendation to the state convention. Participants are reminded to bring their Voter ID card and their Photo ID to aid in the registration process.
