Northern looks forward to having you on campus this fall! tI wanted to share a few important items with you before the semester starts on Monday, August 21st. Please continue checking your email, as we will send more information about the semester.• In order for NOC to preserve the quality of instruction and student services being provided for the coming year, the NOC Regents approved a 4.4% increase in tuition and mandatory fees at the June board meeting. The change will take effect in the Fall 2023 semester and will amount to an increase in resident tuition and fees of $102.00 per semester for full-time students or $204.00 for the academic year for students on the Tonkawa and Enid campuses who enroll in 30 credit hours. No increase was requested in tuition and fees for the NOC/OSU Gateway Program, as it aligns with OSU tuition and fees, and OSU is not requesting an increase. You can see NOC’s updated cost comparison chart reflecting the pricing structure for each NOC location for FY2024 tuition and fees on the website https://www.noc.edu/students/current-students/bursar/ tuition-and-fees/.• Fall 2023 tuition and fees must be paid on or before October 1, 2023. Financial Aid, scholarships, full payment or a payment plan needs to be in place to avoid a 1.5% monthly (19.56 APY) finance charge. NOTE: Student account statements will not be mailed. To see your invoice, log into Home | Portal (noc.edu) to view/pay Bursar Account or see our website https://www.noc.edu/students/ current-students/bursar/ for more information.• The NOC Board of Regents also approved 2023-2024 Room and Board rates for our on-campus student housing in Enid and Tonkawa, which include increases in both single/private and double occupancy rooms. For updated rates, housing applications and additional information, log in to Housing on myNOC Portal or see our website at https://www.noc.edu/students/current-students/residence-hall-life/.
