Charles Conaghan and Brian Bowling won Tonkawa city council and School Board races in the Tuesday, April 6, election.
Conaghan defeated incumbent ward one councilman Glenn Cope by a margin of 305-62.
Bowling defeated office one incumbent Mary Allan 313-85.
The results do not include provisional ballots, Election Board Secretary Cheryl Howard, said.
In other area elections, results follow:
Blackwell -- For mayor, T.J. Greenfield 650, Julie Green 415; for councilman, ward four, Chad Shepherd 746 and Steve Marquardt 317.
Newkirk -- For mayor, Dereck Cassady 181 and incumbent Brian Hobbs 138; for office one on the school board, Jeff Schieber 253 and Landon Carpenter 177.
