Races for two Tonkawa city council seats will go before city voters next Tuesday, April 2. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. next Tuesday at the Methodist Church family building and the Church of Christ. Only voters who live in the city limits are eligible to vote. Candidates for the at-large post formerly held by Charles Conaghan, who didn’t seek re-election, are Joe Kingery and Stacy Burns. Candidates for the ward four post include incumbent Rick Allan who is being challenged by Scott Klufa.
