The Ponca City Gospel Jubilee will reopen following the Holidays with featured guest “Carolyn Rickner”, Carloyn has been a featured guest throughout the years at the Jubilee and the audience always enjoys here sincere mission to lift up the Lord in song and testimony. Carolyn brings a southern gospel style of music accompanied by a beautiful voice as well as a down to earth personality. Carolyn is a recording artist as well as an active pastor of the Upward Call Ministries in Blackwell Oklahoma. Following Carlon Rickner will be the Jubilee band with talented musicians and singers.
