Parker and Susie Smelser are the recipients of the Billings Chamber of Commerce October Yard of the Month Award. The Smelsers consistently keep their yard and others around them neatly mowed and proudly fly the American flag year round on the pole in the center of their yard. They have added hay bales, pumpkins, a scarecrow, ghosts, and goblins in readiness for the Fall season and Halloween trick or treaters. Enjoy a leisurely stroll or drive down Young Street to view the cute and colorful ghoulish decorations and the debut of the new Billings Yard of the Month sign on display.
