The Tonkawa 4-H & FFA Livestock Booster Club will hold the 8th annual Calf Fry & Trophy Auction on February 1, 2020 at the Tonkawa High School cafeteria and gymnasium.
The dinner, consisting of brisket, calf fries or chicken tenders and all the fixins will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 pm. The fun-filled trophy auction, called by Colonel Calvin Crumrine will begin at 6:30 pm. Sponsorship of plaques for the Tonkawa Local Jr. Livestock Show will be auctioned off along with goods and package items which will include the wooden Buccaneer carving donated by Blubaugh Insurance.
Tonkawa school and sports enthusiasts will appreciate the detail found in this wooden Buc torso. It is truly a one of a kind statue carving. Another highlight of the evening will be the drawing to win a new Honda 450 ATV.
Tickets are being sold and will be available at the Calf Fry for your chance to win this 4-wheeler. Tickets will be 1 ticket for $25.or a book of 5 tickets for $100. Proceeds from this event help support Tonkawa 4-H & FFA members livestock show projects and are tax deductible.
