10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Tuesday, Feb. 11 -- Blackwell and surrounding area at city hall,
9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Wednesday, Feb. 12 -- Braman and surrounding area at city offices, 9 to 11:30 a.m.
Tuesday and Wednesday, Feb. 18-19 -- Ponca City and surrounding area at city library from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Feb. 18 and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 19.
