Please join Tonkawa in celebration of its annual Olde Tyme Christmas on Thursday, December 1, 2022, with activities starting at 5:00 p.m.Everyone is invited to downtown Tonkawa to kick off all the activities and events for this holiday season. Local restaurants will be serving hungry patrons, there will be a children’s make and take craft at the Art Center at 202 East Grand, singing, entertainment, food trucks by Centennial Park, activities at the depot that include free Christmas photos and making cards, snacks and toys for sale, the traditional Christmas Tree lighting and a wonderful Christmas parade with prizes for floats entered.Santa Claus will be delivered by the fire department. Families can take pictures of their children while Santa sits in the snow globe at 202 East Grand.Help spread the joy of the season by choosing a star or two from the annual Giving Trees located at First National Bank, Gateway Bank and at NOC.“We hope that you and your families will come and celebrate this holiday season enjoying the festivities in Tonkawa,” Cristy Crumrine, chamber manager urged.Questions?
