2021 Just hit. If you’re like me, I wonder if that’s a good sign. I am not a true pessimist….. but it just seems too many things have just “popped up” too difficult lately. When things hit me like that I seem to speed up and get frustrated, and of course get upset. I need to make things slow down. You know what? The Bible talks about slowing down a lot. One of my favorite scriptures is in Ecclesiastes, “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.” I was reading and found something that goes well with this scripture. 1. Do less. It’s hard to slow down when you are trying to do a million things. Instead, make the conscious choice to do less. Focus Banking account. Go to the Options tab on what’s really important, what really needs to be done, and Settings to enable web access for your let go of the rest.

4. Focus on people. Too often we spend time with friends and family, and we’re not really there with them. We talk to them but app are distracted by devices. Focus on those that are with you.
5. Appreciate nature. Take the time to go outside, take a deep breath of fresh air. Exercise by taking walks, hiking, swimming, etc. Feel the wind and sunshine against your skin. Try to do this daily with those you love.
6. Eat slower. Eating slowly has the double benefit of making you fuller on less food and making the food taste better. Take time to taste the food…you’ll even lose weight.
