Congratulations to the winners of the Tonkawa Public Library’s annual pumpkin decorating contest, held last weekend on October 19th. This program is free to the children of our community, the Friends of the Library provide all of the necessary supplies, including the pumpkins! Cash prizes were awarded to the winners of three age categories.
