I have been super strict low-carb wise the last couple of weeks. I’ve been limiting my net carbs to 20 a day and under ... much like when I first started low-carbing. I gained roughly 15 pounds over the last several months so I’m back on the strict lowcarb way of eating. I’ve been fortunate enough to drop about seven of those pounds already.
I have lots of comments from readers that they love the low-carb recipes but would like me to offer additional healthy recipes that aren’t necessarily low-carb.
This week I’m going to print recipes for healthy onepot meals the entire family will enjoy.
I can’t eat them as they have carbs but I know lots of my carb-loving friends will love them.
The first recipe is one for chicken noodle soup. I know so many people are sick these days, and there’s nothing better than soup when you are feeling under the weather. Using a cheese-filled tortellini as the noodle in this recipe adds more flavor than the plain pasta. You can also make this soup a couple of days ahead and just leave out the pasta until you reheat it.
