50 years ago, February 28, 197420 Acts Are Selected For Hamateur FinalsThe first performance of the 20th annual Hamateur Revue was held Saturday night at Wilkins auditorium with a better opening night attendance than last year, according to Chamber of Commerce officials. The top ten acts in the junior division and the open division were selected by four judges, Ashley Alexander, Stillwater; Ruth Stucky, Blackwell. Mrs. Inge Scholz and Frank S. Hamand, Tonkawa. Masters of ceremonies were Dick Pearman and Rod Carr.Two junior division acts will represent Tonkawa in the finals on March 9.
