Kim Battles, Northern Oklahoma College sophomore Visual Arts Major from Ponca City received the Continuing Education scholarship from the North Central Oklahoma Arts Council. Battles was previously a recipient of the NOC Foundation Arts Scholarship. Maintaining her grades while continuing her education made her eligible for a second-year scholarship. She will receive a total of $500, paid as $250 per semester directly to the student. (photo provided)
