NOC to transition cheer as a club level activity next year

At the Northern Oklahoma College Board of Regents meeting on Feb. 15, multiple budget-cutting strategies were presented to the Board in the budget reduction plan for the 2023-24 school year, including a plan to eliminate competitive cheer at both NOC Enid and NOC Tonkawa. The Board approved the budget reduction plan that was presented.

Grand: Feb 28. Elevation is normal (stable). Water temperature 49°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass fair on Alabama rig and spinnerbaits around brush structure and docks. Blue catfish fair on cut bait and shad around docks, main lake, and below the dam. White crappie slow on hair jigs, jigs, and minnows around brush structure and docks.
