Football Contest this week.Second and third place tie and $5 each goes to Shelly Martin and Martha Parker.Summers was the lone entry to just miss one game. Martin and Parker both missed two and tied on the tie-breaker score between OU and BYU. Martin picked the Sooners 38-14, just 14 points off on the actual 31-24 score. Parker picked OU 2414, also 14 points off.The only other one missing just two games but farther off on the tie-breaker score was Dawn McGaha.Entries should be submitted to The News office at 126 E. Grand by noon Friday each week during the regular season.Prize money is $10 for first, $7 for second and $3 for third. Winners will be announced in the following week’s edition.
