Tonkawa’s 2A district for football years 2014 and 2015 will look exactly like it does this year.The OSSAA has announced new football districts for those years based on the latest realignments.The Bucs will be in Class 2A, District 1 for the two seasons following 2013.Members of the district include Alva, Chisholm, Hennessey, Newkirk, Pawnee and Tonkawa – the same as this year.Tonkawa Athletic Director Kyle Simpson said he was now working on the football schedule the next two years.DCLA will be in Class C, District 3. Members of the league include Bluejacket, Carney, Copan, Covington-Douglas, Coyle, DCLA, Medford, Prue and Timberlake.Blackwell will be in Class 3A, District 1. Members include Blackwell, Centennial, Cushing, Heritage Hall, Kingfisher, Mannford and Perkins-Tyron.It will be the first year Class 6A will be split into two divisions. Ponca City will be in division two, district one with Bartlesville, Bixby, Claremore, Muskogee, Ponca City, Sand Springs, Sapulpa and Tulsa Washington.
