Xon Williams game winning free thrown with :01 led NOC to a 76-75 win over Seminole Monday night at Foster-Piper Fieldhouse.Jack Riley led the Mavs with 20 points while Williams added 17 and Kody Hickerson 13.NOC trailed the Trojans 71-70 with 3:59 left when James Brown, jr. scored on a driving layup with 3:30 left to give NOC a 72-71 lead.
