Mistie Raylene Wilson 1969-2024

Mistie Raylene Wilson went home to be with our Lord and Savior on October 17, 2024. Mistie was born in Amarillo, TX to David Ray Wilson and Lolla Jolene Bell on July 5, 1969. Mistie is survived by her loving wife, Shonda Nolan of Caldwell, KS., son Brandon Wilson and wife Theresa of South Haven, father David Wilson and wife Sheila of Amarillo, TX, sister Evalyn Mollet and husband Gary of Tonkawa, brother, David Wilson II of Baird and bonus mom Lea Clark of Tucson, AZ.

Mistie’s greatest joys in life were her granddaughters, Whitney Grace, Charlotte Dallas, and Amelia “Mia” Rose.

Family was everything to Mistie and she loved her nieces and nephews like they were her very own - Trista Martin and husband James, Jera Mc-Cann and husband Andrew, John “Randy” Priest, Rowdy Wilson and Miranda Lopez, Kaitlyn Wilson, Ashleigh D’Andrea and husband Anthony and many great nieces and nephews.

Mistie is preceded in death by her mother Lolla Jo Bell and sister- in-law Shalon Taylor Wilson.

A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 26 at 10:00 am at Central Christian Church in Caldwell, KS In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gracie’s Project, PO Box 2512, Amarillo, TX 79105 or https://www.graciesproject. com/donate.

He will also be remembered by his brother, Louie and his wife, Janet and their children and his brother, Steve and his wife, Janet and their children.

Ted will also be remembered by many relatives and friends in Kansas City, Canada and Indian Wells where the McCarters have resided for the past 18 years.

There will be a Celebration of Life in the desert at a later date.
