Hello Buc Nation!Homecoming was a great success for Tonkawa. Aside from our victory over Caney Valley in the actual game, Clayton Lopeman and Reid Randall were named homecoming royalty. The winners of the homecoming competitions were announced at the game: sophomores won hallways, juniors won sheets, and seniors won the float and overall homecoming. Congrats to all! The Bucs plan to continue winning this Thursday at Pawhuska.On Tuesday the STYLES (gifted and talented) students will venture to Okmulgee for a careers encounter.Students, do not forget that school pictures will be Wednesday! This is for grades six through eleven.Thursday marks the end of the nine weeks, so all students should check their marks to be certain they sit where they wish to be!Fall Break is Friday to Monday, so school will not be in session, though the Academic Bowl Team will leave for districts Monday morning.
