Hello again, Buc Nation!Students have officially finished their first full week of school! Football moves onto their at-home scrimmage, which is on Thursday.Softball will play Hennessy and Morrison at home and at the 81 Classic Tournament in Chisholm. Cross Country will be at Carl Albert on Friday. Student council had their first meeting of the year and decided on several details for homecoming, which is only a bit more than a month away!FFA continues to sell Blue and Gold, so don’t forget to stock up! Milan Kundera has this quote: “There is no perfection only life.” Oftentimes, particularly in the case of students, we strive for a perfection that is not even feasible. Here is a gentle reminder that good is enough and perfection is not mandatory. Though many students chase the winning games and perfect scores, it is imperative that we take a step back and remember that there is more to life than As on papers and 3-point shots.
