Enjoy live music under the stars with Enid-based Dually Noted for the Full Moon Concert on Sunday, July 21 in Tonkawa Centennial Park, 301 East Grand, Tonkawa, OK. The six-member band features Cathy Nulph and Kristi Browne, vocalists; Kegan Tuohy, trumpet; Brandon Haynes, keyboard and vocal; Sean Gallagher, guitar and vocal; Dave Roberts, bass guitar and vocal; Ghent Hopkins, drums and vocal. Dually Noted covers 1970-80 classic songs and the band was started by Nulph and Brown who have been singing their whole lives. Kristi is also a former Miss Northern Oklahoma College and NOC Roustabout.The family-friendly outdoor concert begins at 7:30 p.m. at the Heart in the Park Pavilion and is free to all. Since bench seating in the park is limited, the public is invited to bring lawn chairs or blankets. Pets on leashes are welcome and restroom facilities are located across the street in the Santa Fe Depot. Throughout the evening, concert goers may walk the world’s only heart-shaped labyrinth, and the evening concludes with the traditional group howl at the full moon!Tonkawa’s free Full Moon summer concerts began in 2015 and are sponsored by the North Central Oklahoma Arts Council and Heart in the Park Committee of the Tonkawa Historical Society. Next month’s concert is scheduled for Sunday, August 18 with Brandon Haynes and the Guys returning at audience request.
