A.J. Harmon Greetings, Buc Nation!Basketball homecoming went well–both the boys and girls came out with a victory. Cooper Braden and Maddy Milton won royalty; congratulations to them! Basketball will play in the North Country Classic tournament with games both at Tonkawa HS and NOC gyms beginning Thursday and lasting into the weekend.There will be wrestling against Blackwell at NOC on Tuesday, and there will be a tournament at Skiatook for boys and one at Yukon for girls on Saturday.As far as the arts go, Jayla Paul participated in the OKCDA ALL-State Choir Festival.For FFA, there are a few events coming up in the next few weeks including their attending the district livestock judging contest and the eleventh annual calf fry.Stay warm, Tonkawa!
